Great customer service. The first pair I received appeared to have a manufacturing defect. I returned and noted the issue and promptly received a replacement. Cannot go wrong with Birkenstock shoes.I've been wanting a pair of this style of Birkenstock for a long time. I saw that they were on sale here, so I jumped on these - I was open to whatever color might be on sale and it happened to be silver - which seemed super fun. I love them. I can see how the elastic on the ceiling of the shoe can cause a blister if the shoes were to be worn for a long period of time - especially if your feet are a little "taller". I've just been wearing them for relatively short periods of time - a few hours here and there. They are very comfy as Birks have always been - I was happy that the narrow actually fit my feet well - after all these years of wearing Birks I kind of expected that my feet would have spread but they fit great and look super cute!These shoes are beautiful!!! Birkenstocks are my forever go to when it comes to causal restaurants, running errands and even brisk walks. You won’t be disappointed!Love, Birkenstocks.
