It was a high waisted fit. Just wasn’t what I was looking for, returned.i ordered this for my sixteenth birthday dinner. i was expecting a regular denim skirt, this was not like denim at all it was more of a stretch material (not like leggings) although it wasn’t what i expected it was still very nice and very flattering. i’m glad i ordered my regular size reguardless of reviews and the size chart because even the slightest bit bigger it would’ve been to big! i ordered a small and i’m 5’1 113 lbs.It was a little smaller than I expectedThe zipper is a cheep oneI’m 5’1 and 115 lbs and the skirt was WAY too big in every way. Would love if there was an extra small :( .My new favorite skirt!!! It is quite short but I'm all about that. It is very slimming and cute with almost any top. The one and only problem is that the material is prone to collecting copious amounts of lintThe hem on this skirt is sewn uneven. The right front side to the right of the seam is longer then the left and the back hem left side to the left of the seam is longer. For $27.
