Shoes seems to be well made. However, I rated them a four because the heel bed does not have the support/cushion as some of my older Alegria shoes/sandals. Perhaps it’s the insert as opposed to being built in the shoes is the issue I’m having with support, because the other three pairs I ordered over the holiday are the same as well. No heel cushion/support...I found that after wearing for three weeks every day all day, the heel bed has sunken in more giving me less heel bed support which is why I purchased 4 pairs of these shoes anyway. Disappointed Alegria, as this is the legacy (quality) of your brand “Support & Comfort!!!!”
